On Friday, November 15th, 2024,
Northeast Elementary Tigers, held a Live Reading and Self-Affirmation Activity with Ms. Milicent Reed, published author of the my Little Millie Collection.
This is a collection of self-motivational books geared towards empowering children and teaching them self-love and confidence. Along with her was published illustrator Carly Desiree, who also shared her experiences and displays of her art work for students to see.
